City Staff Proposes City Going Forward with Dissolution of DACHA

Saturday, 04 February 2012 Last fall, the Davis City Council was ready to proceed with dissolution procedures for DACHA (Davis Area Cooperative Housing Association).  This public hearing was initially scheduled to take place on September 20, 2011. In preparation for the September 20, 2011 public hearing, staff sent notice of the hearing to the 159 organizations on the list obtained from CCCD (California Center for Cooperative Development) with a postmark date of May 20, 2011. Will the Pass-Through Agreement Die with the End of Redevelopment?
